What currency will I be billed in?
∆ | All prices on the Avund site are in USD (United States Dollars) By default, you can change the currency on the site using our currency converter which is located in the primary NAV.
Once you start checking out your order will be processed through Pay Pal, which will convert your payment to our default currency (USD ) which will appear on your invoice.
∆ | Do I Have To Be Registered With PayPal?
∆ | No, you can simply checkout with the items in your cart, you will then be redirected to PayPals site, where you will see a link to pay without being registered.
I've ordered my product. When will I receive it?
∆ | We try to keep product is stock whenever we can but in all other cases, every product is handmade for each order. As such, it can take up to 30 working days for your product to be made and shipped.
If your order was made more than 30 working days ago, please contact us and we'll be happy to give you an update on your order.
Will I need to pay customs duty on my product?
∆ | Every country has different rules, so we would advise that you contact your local postal service to find out more about the duty cost in your country.
My product has imperfections. Can I get a refund or exchange?
∆ | Leather is a natural material and slight blemishes and imperfections are common. In our mind these imperfections are part of the products and help give them character. Our leathers are carefully selected for their natural properties and will get darker over time.
If you believe there is a fault with your product please contact us via email with photographic evidence of the fault and we will advise you of our return procedure.
